OUR FIRST YEAR
In December last year the very first issue of Enfants Terribles Magazine was released. That means that this month we celebrate our first year of publishing this digital magazine and boy it's been quite a journey. For those of you who followed this endeavour from the early beginnings you know that we started this magazine without knowing any of the rules or traditonal ways of going about this game.
So we picked the name Enfants Terribles Magazine, a French expression which directly translated means the Terrible Children, but which is also an expression used and understood about one who acts unconventionally. We wanted to do things our own way and while it has sometimes been a struggle, we are very proud of having produced seven beautiful issues in our very first year. We will keep playing and creating more inspiring universes for you to experience in the year to come.
The theme of this very first issue of Enfants Terribles was the traditional Scandinavian celebration of Saint Lucia. Céline and I always loved the warm, angelic and pure feel and aesthetics of this celebration of lights and we decided to mark our first year in business by repeating the Saint Lucy theme here on the Enfants Terribles Magazine Blog.
We hope you will enjoy the Lucia theme and maybe feel inspired to celebrate this beautiful tradition in your own way.
