DIY cat's matching game

It is a little bit cold in New York and I am getting ready for indoor afternoons. Find good activities always save me from crazy chaos. Matching game is one of the best game ever. No matter what is your age  you can play and it is a really good exercice for your memory, at least mine!

For this DIY will need adult supervision to make it.

We will need:

  • cardboard
  • construction black paper
  • cutter
  • scissor
  • glue
  • white pen
  • stamp pad
  • stamp (any)

Step one: cut 2"x2" cardboard squares, around +/- 20.

Step two: draw with your white pen, on the construction paper some cat faces, and cut them. Twice the same face, it is a matching game so each card need a twin. I did emotions faces: sad, OK, happy, surprise, excited..etc

Step three: glue the cat face on one side of the square cardboard and stamp the other side. If you do not have a stamp, no worries. Took your regular drawing pencil and use the rubber at the end as a stamp.

Now you are ready to play and have fun.
